Breakfront

This two-part breakfront bookcase was made by Langley Boardman between 1790 and 1810 of mahogany, mahogany veneer, and glass. James Rundlet May (1841-1918) always remembers it in the house his grandparents built meaning that it was probably among the original furnishings purchased by James and Jane Hill Rundlet.
