Louisa Catherine Rundlet May

Louisa Catherine’s portrait by Samuel Stillman Osgood, hangs in the parlor of Rundlet-May House. After marrying George Hall May, Louisa moved away from New Hampshire with her husband. After his death, she returned to her childhood home with her twins, Jane and James. Her grandson Ralph May left the family house to Historic New England in 1971.
